Gusina takes its name from the town of 'Gusinje' in Montenegro. As the successors of the Gusina surname, we try our best to keep our the family legacy. The “Gusinalı” family, who immigrated to Edirne in the 30’s, has been in the food and hospitality industry since the 60’s. As the 3rd and the youngest generation, we took inspiration from our ancestors and by making use of the knowledge and experience obtained from our roots and previous generations we created “Gusina” with quality, locality and seasonality at the core. With the attachment to the roots strong, we have constructed our menu on Mediterranean and American Cuisines with local sourced ingredients. And this story continues in the shape of 'Gusina Pizza & Bakery' from August 2021 with love and care.
