No:246, Ormanada Sitesi, 34450 Sarıyer/İstanbul Phone: +90 530 820 25 39 Website: https://market.gusinaistanbul.com/tr E-mail: info@gusinaistanbul.com ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT This agreement covers the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the CONSUMER from the SELLER’s website, https://market.gusinaistanbul.com/tr. The product’s specifications and sales price are provided below, in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on the Implementation Principles and Procedures of Distance Contracts. ARTICLE 3 - PRODUCT COVERED BY THE AGREEMENT The type, quantity, brand/model, color, and price of the product(s) are as specified on the website. ARTICLE 4 - GENERAL PROVISIONS 4.1 The CONSUMER declares that they have read and acknowledged the preliminary information regarding the basic features of the product(s), the sales price, payment terms, and delivery conditions on the SELLER’s website and provided their confirmation electronically. 4.2 The physical product subject to the agreement will be delivered to the CONSUMER or the person/institution at the address provided by the CONSUMER within the timeframe specified on the website, depending on the distance of the CONSUMER’s location, but no later than the legal maximum period of 30 days. 4.3 The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product(s) in accordance with the specifications listed in the order. 4.4 The delivery of the product(s) is conditional upon the SELLER receiving the signed copy of this agreement or the electronic confirmation from the CONSUMER on the website. Payment for the product(s) must also be completed using the CONSUMER’s chosen payment method. If the payment is not made or is canceled in bank records for any reason, the SELLER will be considered free from the obligation to deliver the product(s). 4.5 In the event that the product(s) are delivered but the related bank or financial institution does not pay the SELLER due to unauthorized or illegal use of the CONSUMER’s credit card by third parties (through no fault of the CONSUMER), the CONSUMER is obliged to return the delivered product(s) to the SELLER within 3 days. In this case, shipping costs for the return will be borne by the CONSUMER. 4.6 If delivery of the product(s) is delayed due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances (such as adverse weather or interruptions in transportation), the SELLER must inform the CONSUMER.
